Attention all Visual Plus owners:

Advanced Inspection Technology, the company you purchased your Visual Plus system from and who manufactured, designed and developed Visual Plus, is issuing this bulletin to remind all Visual Plus owners that our complete service center can accommodate all recommended annual calibrations and repairs to your Visual Plus system.  Along with all repairs we have immediate availability for accessories such as replacement probes and connector wires.

If you have registered your equipment with any other company or paid an extra fee to them for an additional service warranty we apologize.  These "additional" warranties are not needed and are not authorized by Advanced Inspection Technology.  We are the only authorized service center for your Visual Plus system.  

We have had several units sent in for repair with new probes purchased from other sources and found that the probes were the only problem.  For this reason, A.I.T. can not guarantee correct operation or accurate test results when other companies accessories are being used with Visual Plus.  We have the best-trained and most experienced technicians who will ensure your Visual Plus is in excellent working order.  In most cases our turn around time is a maximum of two days, and we do have loaner units available if needed.
